What is Grok Chat Exporter?+
Grok Chat Exporter is a Chrome extension that lets you save your Grok AI conversations as PDF, Markdown, Text, CSV, JSON or Image files.
How do I export Grok chats?+
Install the Grok to PDF Chrome extension, open grok.com, click Select to choose messages, then click Export and pick your format. It takes about 30 seconds.
Is it free?+
Yes! Markdown, Text, CSV, JSON and Image exports are completely free with no limits. PDF exports are free up to 3 per day. Paid plans unlock more PDF exports and premium features.
What browsers are supported?+
Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium-based browsers. Install from the Chrome Web Store.
Can I export specific messages?+
Yes! Click Select to show checkboxes next to each message. Pick individual messages or use the select all toggle.
How do you handle my data?+
Markdown, Text, CSV, JSON and Image exports are processed entirely in your browser. Data never leaves your device. PDF exports are processed on our servers temporarily and deleted immediately after generation.
Does it work with other AI platforms?+
This extension is Grok-specific. We also make a Claude exporter — get it at claudechatexport.com. Exporters for Gemini, DeepSeek and other popular AI chats are in development.
What export formats are available?+
PDF, Markdown (.md), Plain Text (.txt), CSV, JSON and full-page Image (.png). PDF supports custom fonts, table of contents, dark mode and many other options.
How do I activate Pro after I buy?+
After checkout completes on LemonSqueezy, sign in at grokchatexporter.com with the email you used at checkout. Your Pro plan is active immediately; you can see it in your dashboard. The extension picks up your new tier automatically the next time you use Grok in your browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to your Dashboard and click Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime.
What is the refund policy?+
Full refund within 3 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Can I switch between plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly anytime from your Dashboard → Manage Billing. LemonSqueezy handles proration automatically: on an upgrade you pay the prorated difference for the days remaining in your cycle (added to your next invoice by default, or charged immediately if you prefer); on a downgrade the new price takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You can also pause or cancel your subscription from the same screen.
